Presenting the best fit candidates for the final round interviews with the client company along with the detailed Candidate Report on individual candidates based on an evaluative summary of each candidate’s professional experience. |

FINAL INTERVIEWS |

Prepare Interview Schedule of the short listed candidates and if necessary provide logistical support to candidates for meeting the client company.
Obtain feedback from client and candidate.
If necessary provide additional meetings of the final candidates with the client. |

FINAL NEGOTIATION & OFFER |
Contract / Contract To Hire / Fixed Term / Permanent Hire
Obtain feedback from the selected candidate about the Offer. Negotiate salary and benefits.
Delivering preferred candidate on terms that are acceptable to both client and the candidate.
Obtain verbal and written confirmation of the candidate about his joining date.
Handholding of candidate till the time he joins the Client Company.
