| Responsibilities: |
- Manage one or multiple projects and be overall responsible for quality and timeliness of deliverables for the projects
- Execute and be involved with various project activities
- Contribute to application design and architecture i.e. contributing to high-level GUI, workflow and data model development
- Contribute as a Technical Architect and/or work with a team of architects to design the software using recommended and proven design patterns, technologies and methodology
- Interact with clients to effectively address business and project issues Pre-sales support including proposal preparation, addressing queries, feasibility analysis, estimation, requirements definition, etc.
- Work towards keeping the team motivated and effective towards meeting projects and organizational objectives

| Requirements: |
- c#.net, asp.net technology experience
- Effective negotiation, decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
- Proven ability to meet milestones and delivery dates
- Result oriented and proactive approach towards solving problems
- Resourceful, creative problem-solver with proven aptitude to analyze and translate complex customer requirements and problems & design /implement innovative solutions
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective Client relationship
- Software Dev. Life Cycle (SDLC)

The candidate must have 8 -10 years of rigorous IT, experience, Systems Analysis, Design and Architecture using Microsoft
Technologies. |
