| Requirements: |
Delivery of information technology services and solutions in the area of Network and Service Management for Telecom service providers; Manage statement of work and client needs, Define business solutions and interlock business/infrastructure requirements, Support business development, sales, and strategy; Analyze, provide and arrange resource requirements, design to development teams; Guide offshore teams on project delivery.
M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or in the alternative a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering plus five years of progressive experience in the field of project deliverables) plus two years of experience in service quality and network management (in Fault, Performance and eBonding & TI testing) in telecom environment, RFP preparation, business process analysis, development of roadmap architecture, C++, Java, C, Unix Shell scripting, DBMS such as Oracle & DB2/400, HP, UX, Solaris, AS/400, Apache, UML, and OAMP adjuncts.
Knowledge of ITU-T TMN FCAPS standards, 3GPP specifications for GPRS, TCP, IP SNMP, TL1, and Interfaces such as ASCII, XML, CORBA, as well as PMP and CSQA certification is required. |
