| Requirements: |
Network optimization and RF design using Actix Spotlight, BTS equipment migration, traffic calculation, pre-optimization planning, Aircom Asset 3G, and Automatic Cell Planning; Model tuning and pathloss tuning using RadioPlan; Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems for commercial, industrial and domestic purposes; Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
M.S. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar field; or B.S. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering plus five years of progressive experience in the networking / radio frequency / electronics field.
Knowledge of UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems) and GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) indoor and outdoor coverage design / optimization / drive data collection and site survey / normal point identification is required as well as proficiency in Asset 2G/3G, TEMS, Nemo, Actix Analyzer, Actix Spotlight, Radioplan, MapInfo, PlaNet, and Agilent.
