• Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience in Application Development in J2EE and Microsoft Environments
• Proven experience in Requirements gathering, Analysis, Design and Development
• Proven experience in customer facing projects, customer interaction and leadership role for tech leads/architects.
• Experience in Application development for insurance companies is desirable, but not essential
