| Responsibilities: |
Manage the entire gamut of recruitment – US operations. |
| Requirements: |
- Must be having at least 4 yrs in US recruitment. Must be aware of tax Norms- W2, Corp-2-Corp or a 1099.
- Supporting Recruitment/Staffing Sales Manager's in the US
- Negotiating hourly rate/salary with the consultant's
- Coordinating interview process between client and the consultant
- Solid knowledge of US/UK staff augmentation market and HR process (Pay roll, Benefits Administration and Visa Process )
- Complete and extensive knowledge of full recruitment cycle in the US
