| Experience: |
3 - 8 years experience in post processing, Bench marking drive and report preparation and radio performance management |
| Essentials for the Role: |
- Adequate knowledge of GSM and CDMA BSS and statistics measurement function.
- Exposure to radio network Consulting tools, drive test tool (TEMS, Agilent, Nemo), post processing tools – Actix, gladiator.
- Good understanding of radio network concepts and systems, and its performance.
- Good under standing of air interface layer 3 messages of GSM/CDMA
- Good presentation skills.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Customer orientation.
- Good communication / negotiation skills.

| Responsibilities: |
- Analyze traffic measurement from the BSC/RNC and/or MSC and provide high- quality, cost effective and practical solutions for improvements.
- Knowledge about Traffic handling – how traffic is routes.
- Preparation of bench marking reports
- Providing resolutions/recommendations to inprove from post processed RF drive log files
- Report Generation.

| Desirables: |
- Knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA/EDGE systems.
- Experience in Radio network optimization and planning tools.
- System/product knowledge & performance benchmarking, Product Configuration and System Integration) or similar experience.
May need to travel overseas. |
