Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication/ Electronics or equivalent

| Experience: |
1 – 3 years experience in post processing, Bench marking drive and report preparation and radio performance management
|
| Essentials for the Role: |
- Adequate knowledge of GSM and CDMA BSS and statistics measurement function, and layer 3 messages
- Exposure to radio network Consulting tools, drive test tool (TEMS, Agilent, Nemo), post processing tools – Actix, gladiator.
- Good understanding of radio network concepts and systems, and its performance.
- Good in data understanding, data importing, data transformation and loading Good presentation skills.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.

| Responsibilities: |
- Analyze traffic measurement from the BSC/RNC and/or MSC and provide high- quality, cost effective and practical solutions for improvements.
- Knowledge about Traffic handling – how traffic is routes.
- Report generation according to the requirement in Word, Excel & Power point.

| Desirables: |
- Knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA/EDGE systems.
- Experience in Radio network optimization and post processing tools.
- Experience in writing macros in MS excel/ MS access.

| Information about the function: |
- Providing resolutions after post processing and analyzing RF drive
- To ensure that the networks performance as per contractual KPIS
