| Experience: |

BE - 1 - 3 years experience in radio performance management
- Diploma – 2-4 years experience in radio performance management
|
| Essentials for the Role: |
- Adequate knowledge of Nokia/Nortel/Motorola BSS and statistics measurement function.
- Good understanding of radio network concepts and systems, and its performance
- Good presentation skills, Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Exposure to radio network Consulting tools, drive test tool (TEMS, Agilent, Nemo), post processing tools – Actix, gladiator
- Customer orientation.
- Willing to travel

| Responsibilities: |
- Analyze OMCR reports and/or MSC, RF drive data and provide high- quality, cost effective and practical solutions for improvements.
- Knowledge about Traffic handling – how traffic is routes.
- Providing guidance to RF drive teams on KPIs of BTS sites, guiding them in identifying root causes
- Dimensioning of a mobile network considering both present and future network capacity demands and evaluate practical solutions.
- Report Generation.

| Desirables: |
- Knowledge on GSM/GPRS/EDGEsystems.
- Experience in Radio network optimization and planning tools.
- System/product knowledge & performance benchmarking, Product Configuration and System Integration) or similar experience.

| Information about the function: |
- To ensure that the networks performance as per contractual KPIS
- Analysis of RF drive data and OMCR data
- Providing Solutions to Customer on radio network performance improvement
