| Experience: |
1 – 3 years experience in post processing, Bench marking drive and report preparation and radio performance management |
| Essentials for the Role: |
- Adequate knowledge of GSM and CDMA BSS and statistics measurement function, and layer 3 messages
- Exposure to radio network Consulting tools, drive test tool (TEMS, Agilent, Nemo).
- Good understanding of radio network concepts and systems, and its performance.
- Good presentation skills, report preparation
- Verbal and written fluency in English.

| Responsibilities: |
- Drive route planning
- Conducting drive testing in, dedicated mode, short call and idle mode
- Conducting bench marking drive.
- Identifying network performance issues, interference, missing neighbours while driving and proposing improvements.
- Analyze traffic measurement from the BSC/RNC and/or MSC and provide high- quality, cost effective and practical solutions for improvements.
- Report generation according to the requirement in Word, Excel & Power point.
