Education M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or in the alternative a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering plus five years of progressive experience in the field of project deliverables)
Experience
  • plus two years of experience in service quality and network management (in Fault, Performance and eBonding & TI testing) in telecom environment, RFP preparation, business process analysis, development of roadmap architecture, C++, Java, C, Unix Shell scripting, DBMS such as Oracle & DB2/400, HP, UX, Solaris, AS/400, Apache, UML, and OAMP adjuncts.
  • Delivery of information technology services and solutions in the area of Network and Service Management for Telecom service providers; Manage statement of work and client needs, Define business solutions and interlock business/infrastructure requirements, Support business development, sales, and strategy; Analyze, provide and arrange resource requirements, design to development teams; Guide offshore teams on project delivery.
Essentials for the Role
  • Knowledge of ITU-T TMN FCAPS standards, 3GPP specifications for GPRS, TCP, IP SNMP, TL1, and Interfaces such as ASCII, XML, CORBA, as well as PMP and CSQA certification is required.
