- Any Web developing applications like, dream weaver and macro media flash
- Crystal Clear reports application

Responsibilities |
|
- Develop a database for the generate ion of reports and statistics (online and offline)
- Develop tools to assist in faster problem resolutions and ease the job of monitoring
- Improve the current Helpdesk Database design
- Develop a knowledge database
- Develop Web base tools
- Develop a database for easier storage and restoring of electronic documents
